| 中文描述 | 在人類發生嗜酸球性蜂窩性組織炎時，會出現紅斑、水腫、組織變的硬實、以及出現不同疼痛與搔癢程度的斑塊。犬隻發生此疾病時，則會在耳廓、以及腹部胸部的腹側面出現攏起且伏行的斑塊；有些病例病灶也會出現在四肢；這些症狀很類似嗜酸球性蜂窩性組織炎的病變。在組織學下，會發現皮膚層嗜酸性球增多、血管擴張、血管周邊聚集脫顆粒的肥大細胞、上皮層增生、上皮層海綿樣水腫、表皮層水腫、皮膚層血管突出、以及/或是嗜中性粒細胞胞吐現象。致病的原因不明，但是懷疑與過敏有關。 |

| 英文描述 | Eosinophilic cellulitis in humans is characterized by erythematous, edematous, firm, plaques with variable degrees of pain and pruritus. Dogs can develop arciform and serpiginous plaques on the pinnae and ventral surfaces of the abdomen and thorax; in some there are also lesions on the extremities; this syndrome resembles eosinophilic cellulitis. On biopsy there may be dermal eosinophilia; vascular dilation; perivascular aggregates of nondegranulated mast cells; epidermal hyperplasia; epidermal spongiosis; dermal edema; prominent dermal vessels; and/or neutrophil exocytosis. The cause is unknown, but a hypersensitivity reaction is syspected. |
